The XXI century society needs new Educational Models and Net Sounds supports this process promoting a living example of transferability into Educational Systems of different possible ways of accessing and collaboratively constructing knowledge.

The Net Sounds Collaborative Area is the space dedicated to transnational cooperation among all the actors interested in research and development of the music/Digital Technologies relation within music education.

In this area, collaborative learning environments can be found together with the training tools needed..

The different stakeholders’ networks in this area will be able to:

> develop common research activities and didactic and creative projects in a Remote Collaboration Area

> acquire skills on digital tools (hardware and software) to create and produce music, and on their impact on a pedagogical and educational level.

> acquire general competencies on web based learning collaborative environments and on their communication modalities.
